Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its original location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name and email address
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of applicable courts
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
MAG TECH HUB may terminate access to users who are found to be repeat infringers, at our sole discretion.
4. Changes to This DMCA Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
